Sprint awarded $140m patent damages against Time Warner
A jury in the District of Kansas has found Timer Warner Cable infringed five Sprint Communications patents, and awarded the biggest patent damages so far this year
Sprint Communications has been awarded $139.8 million in damages by a District of Kansas jury, which determined Time Warner Cable infringed five patents for digital voice telephone services.
The case was filed in 2011, and originally asserted 12 patents....
