INTA signs MoU with Colombia's IP office

The International Trademark Association (INTA) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce of the Republic of Colombia (SIC)

The memorandum represents the first stage in what will be a more formal contract to provide greater protection to Colombia’s trade marks.
