How to take on China's trade mark squatters
The maker of Penfolds wines, which is fighting a trade mark squatting case in China, has suffered a commercial blow after a leading hotel chain asked its managers to take the company’s wines off its menus
The InterContinental hotel chain is reported to have dropped Penfolds wine from its wine lists in China amid fears that the hotel company will be sued as part of an IP dispute between Penfolds and an alleged trade mark squatter.
