Canada Trade-marks Act changes get Royal Assent
Amendments to Canada’s Trade-marks Act in the Budget Implementation Act introduced in March received Royal Assent on June 19
The amendments will allow Canada to accede to three trademark treaties: Madrid Protocol, Singapore Treaty and Nice Agreement.
