Greenberg Traurig adds three shareholders from Weil

A team of three patent litigation partners is leaving Weil Gotshal & Manges to join Greenberg Traurig’s Washington, DC office.

Mark Davis, Stephen Shahida and Ronald Pabis have agreed to join Greenberg Traurig as shareholders, although the exact date of the move has yet to be determined.

Davis, who focuses on IP rights and associated antitrust issues, will join the firm as chair of its International Trade Commission practice.

Pabis focuses on patent trials, licensing and other technology-related disputes. He also has experience in Section 337 investigations before the ITC.

Shahida focuses on patent disputes. Prior to joining Weil Gotshal, he co-headed the Washington, DC IP litigation practice at McDermott Will & Emery.
