USPTO asks Congress for fiscal help
The USPTO has sent a letter imploring Congress to take quick action on the Agency’s dire financial situation
Monday's letter, addressed to members of the Committee on Appropriations' Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies, characterised the Office's financial future as "unpredictable" and said that it is continuing to operate on a "bare bones" budget.
