Brimelow backs PCT reform to beat backlogs

Reforming the Patent Cooperation Treaty is “the most important game in town” when it comes to addressing backlogs, EPO President Alison Brimelow said last week

She also warned that creating a plurilateral patent prosecution highway could "involuntarily damage" the PCT.
