SMEs fret over Portuguese Code update

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are likely to be most affected by the fifth round of amendments to the Portuguese Industrial Property Code, which are due to come into force on October 1

According to J Pereira da Cruz shareholder Jorge Cruz, SMEs will be most interested in the alterations, as they will require companies to prepare application materials more quickly.
