Boost for IP rights in Kosovo
The Kosovo Intellectual Property Office opened today in Priština signalling the start of an IP regime in the province, which is technically part of Serbia but has been administered by the UN since 1999
It has taken nearly three years for the IP office to open after the Patent Act of Kosovo entered into force on December 21 2004.
Existing Serbian registrations and pending applications will have to be revalidated and reapplied for within...
