Two members of the new Philippines House of Representatives have proposed a bill to amend the country’s IP code to lower drug costs in the country
House Bill Number 1, the first of a newly elected congress, proposed by senators Ferjenel Biron and Jose Lacson, claims in an explanatory note that the Philippines has the highest comparative price for medicines in Asia.
