US peer-to-peer online music service LimeWire was found guilty of inducing copyright infringement by a New York court last week

The suit, Arista Records v LimeWire, was brought by 13 record companies in 2008 and argued that LimeWire is responsible for "massive ongoing infringement of plaintiffs' copyrighted works".
