The MIP IP in Asia Forum returned this year to Washington D.C. and Palo Alto in June 2017, giving attendees and participants a unique chance to discuss some of the biggest issues in IP protection in Asia.

Attending this forum provided an opportunity to stay ahead of your competitors by:

  • Expanding IP protection to many Asian markets
  • Learning specific challenges trademark and patent holders face in countries like China and Japan
  • Understanding IP framework in South Korea
  • Learning  enforceability issues that can ensue as a result of IP infringement.

The programme addresses the major issues at hand and will encourage participation
and debate on all of the pertinent topics and technical matters from the varied
perspectives of a wide range of stakeholders. In addition, Managing IP brings to
the agenda its global expertise so as to offer multinational corporations cutting edge
guidance on handling IP portfolios in a globalised world. The MIP IP in Asia
Forum 2017
brings together world leaders in corporations, industry associations
and leading legal experts to discuss and impart valuable knowledge.
