I’m really happy to get out of bed and come to work. This is my dream job.

Once I get to the office I check my voicemail for messages left overnight: people might be calling about an infringement; it might be someone in marketing who needs advice or it could be about ticket touting. I get the details and then decide what we should do.

We have less than six months to go to the Olympic Games so we’re busy. The whole of LOCOG are working round the clock so it’s really not unusual to see an email come in from one of the other departments at 10 or 11 o’clock at night.
