(in private practice and in-house) as well as detailed analysis
in more than 50 jurisdictions.
research process takes more than six months and involves
questionnaires from participating firms, interviews with
lawyers and in-house counsel and analysis of public information
such as case reports and IP office data.
This year’s research will start in September
this year, with publication of the 2016 IP Stars beginning in
February next year.
We know that many people have questions about the IP Stars
research, including how much information to provide in the
questionnaires, who is eligible for inclusion, how the
methodology differs from other legal directories and how we
decide who to contact and include.
So this year, for the first time, we are going to host a
webinar before the research process gets underway. The webinar
