India’s Supreme Court pushes for faster IPR suits
Delhi High Court has been given eight weeks to finalise rules and practice changes to dispose with IPR suits faster, a move that is expected to benefit litigants
The pileup of IPR lawsuits in India has motivated the
Supreme Court to give the Delhi High Court eight weeks to
finalise amendments to its Original Side Rules and Practice
Directions. The order was handed down on October 24.
