Google genericide saga continues
In May, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the phrase “Google it” was not genericide - but now the plaintiffs in the case are asking the Supreme Court to take another look at the issues raised by that decision
petition, filed last week, asks the High Court to decide
whether the Ninth Circuit erred by:
(1) holding that indiscriminate usage of "GOOGLE" as a verb
to mean "to search on the internet, regardless of what search
