AIPLA releases Section 101 legislative proposal
The American Intellectual Property Law Association has revealed its long-awaited proposed amendment for subject matter eligibility. It follows similar proposals from IPO and ABA
The American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA)
has released its proposal to eliminate the two-part test
established by the Supreme Court for subject matter eligibility
for patent protection. The proposal would amend Section 101 of
the Patent Act.
