Five lawyers have joined together to set up a new firm specialising in IP and IT in Vienna, called GEISTWERT

GEISTWERT

The firm opened on August 1, with its first partners being Rainer Schultes and Juliane Messner (both formerly of Taylor Wessing enwc). Schultes specialises in patent litigation and life sciences, while Messner is known for handling technology transactions and corporate work for technology companies.

Today (September 1) Alexander Schnider, formerly of Baker & McKenzie, and Constantin Kletzer, previously with Fiebinger Polak Leon, join the firm. Both handle trade mark work as well as IP litigation.
