Aranoff will focus on advising clients in Section 337 investigations as well as in international trade litigation, enforcement, and policy related matters. She will also assist clients on a broad range of trade law and policy matters as a member of Covington’s international trade group.
Aranoff was nominated to the ITC by President George W Bush in 2005, serving as chairman and vice-chairman of the commission during her tenure. She previously served as senior international trade counsel on the Democratic staff of the US Senate Committee on Finance, where she was responsible for legislative and policy issues on international trade and investment.
