Seyfarth Shaw grabs litigator from McDonnell Boehnen

Seyfarth Shaw has recruited Michael Baniak as a partner in the intellectual property practice group of its litigation department.

Baniak joins Seyfarth’s Chicago office from McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff. His practice includes IP transactions, prosecution, counselling and litigation.
