Ed Kelly has joined Nike as regional counsel/director for Asia. His responsibilities will include brand protection, security, criminal investigations, FCPA compliance and law enforcement relations in the region. He will be based in Hong Kong.
Before he joined the sportswear company, Kelly headed the IP practice at Siam Premier in Thailand and founded LGP Asia, a private commercial investigation firm in southeast Asia.
