Pillsbury ITC litigator jumps to Venable

Adam Hess, VenableVenable is expanding its IP practice with the arrival of IP litigator Adam Hess, who joins as a partner in Washington, DC.

Hess arrives from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where he served as chair of the IP litigation practice and managing partner of the firm’s Northern Virginia office.

He has a background in Federal Court litigation and handling Section 337 ITC investigations, as well as cross-border experience representing technology companies in Asia.
