EU IP court: a good compromise

Today the EU Council agreed that Paris should host the central division of the court, with judges in London and Munich hearing sector-specific cases
The deal means that IP owners should soon be able to apply for a single patent that protects them across most of Europe and allows them to litigate it in one action.
