Wednesday June 27

The General Court of the Court of Justice of the EU rules in Microsoft v Commission over the daily fine imposed on Microsoft in a competition decision; Hearst Communications v OHMI - Vida Estética (COSMOBELLEZA); and Interkobo v OHMI - XXXLutz Marken (my baby) .

Thursday June 28

Heads of government of member states of the EU meet in Brussels for a two-day meeting of the European Council. The location of the central court of the proposed unitary patent system is set to be on the agenda.
