IP boutique McAndrews Held & Malloy has boosted its practice with the addition of a partner and a patent agent. Christopher Singer joined the firm as a partner, and Timothy Long joined as a patent agent.
Singer, who comes from Michael Best & Friedrich’s Chicago office, concentrates on patent prosecution in areas including diagnostic systems and methods, nanotechnology and chemistry.
Long, who joins from McAndrews from McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff’s Chicago office, focuses on prosecuting domestic and foreign patents for pharmaceutical, biomedical, and organic and inorganic chemical products and material science-based applications.
