Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan has hired IP partner Yury Kapgan from Latham & Watkins.
Kapgan, who will join the Los Angeles office, specialises in intellectual property matters and is experienced in litigation and licensing disputes.
Kapgan’s recent work has included patent and other IP litigation involving software and hardware technologies.
