IP partner Rich Kim has joined the San Diego office of Duane Morris. Kim arrives from Morrison Foerster, where he was head of the electronics, software and telecommunications patent group in the San Diego office.
Kim focuses on patent prosecution in the areas of patent drafting, analysis and portfolio counseling. He also represents clients in patent litigation matters.
