Former FDA lawyer heads for Crowell & Moring



Managing Intellectual Property


Crowell & Moring has recruited John Fuson as a partner in its Washington, DC office.

Fuson was previously associate chief counsel at the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), where he worked with the US Department of Justice’s Consumer Protection Branch, bringing enforcement actions on behalf of the FDA.

He joins the firm’s health care, product risk management, white collar & regulatory enforcement and intellectual property groups.
