China’s Supreme People’s Court has agreed to hear American Semiconductor’s (AMSC) software infringement claim against Chinese company Sinovel
AMSC, the Massachusetts-based manufacturer of wind turbine components, has been involved in a highly publicised legal battle against Sinovel. AMSC has accused its former client of stealing its trade secrets and intellectual property.
The Supreme People’s Court will hear one of AMSC’s four pending cases...
