Icann will reveal new gTLD applications on June 13

The names of all the gTLD strings that have been applied for in Icann’s new gTLD programme will be revealed on June 13

That date will also see the start of the application comment period and the formal objection period, Icann said last night. The application comment period runs until August 12.

The batching process (known as digital archery) will run from June 8 to June 28. Applications will be processed in batches of 500, with no more than 1,000 being released each year.
