OHIM hosts the 7th Trade Marks Liaison meeting between OHIM officials and representatives of EU national IP offices in Alicante.

The Korean IP Office hosts a week-long training course on the trade mark system for NOIP examiners in Daejeon.

Tuesday May 22

General Court of the Court of Justice of the EU rules in Retractable Technologies v OHMI - Abbott Laboratories (RT); Olive Line International v OHMI - Umbria Olii International (O LIVE); Nordmilch v OHMI - Lactimilk (MILRAM); Environmental Manufacturing v OHMI - Wolf (Représentation d'une tête de loup); Aitic Penteo v OHMI - Atos Worldline (PENTEO); Kraft Foods Global Brands v OHMI - fenaco (SUISSE PREMIUM); Asa v OHMI - Merck (FEMIFERAL); and Sport Eybl & Sports Experts v OHMI - Seven (SEVEN SUMMITS)

Court of Justice of the EU rules in Formula One Licensing v OHIM over a CTM for F1 Live. It also rules in Chocoladefabriken Lindt & Sprüngli v OHIM in relation to a CTM for the shape of a chocolate bunny.

In another chocolate-related dispute, the Court of Justice begins hearing Storck v OHIM regarding a CTM for the shape of a chocolate mouse.

General Court of the Court of Justice of the EU rules in Grupo Osborne v OHMI - Industria Licorera Quezalteca (TORO XL); TMS Trademark-Schutzrechtsverwertungsgesellschaft v OHMI - Comercial Jacinto Parera (MAD).

Friday May 25
