Oblon Spivak McClelland Maier & Neustadt has boosted its post grant patent practice team with the addition of Michael Kiklis as a partner.
Kiklis joins the firm from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, where he worked as a partner in the IP litigation group. He specialises in software patent matters.
