Litigation partner Sarah Birkbeck has left DMH Stallard to join Thomas Eggars in London.
Birkbeck joins the seven members of Thomas Eggars's IP team, including partner Kim Walker and of counsel Michael Camps, and will lead its litigation practice. She has worked on cases in IT and media and has represented clients such as BSkyB, Arcadia and United Press International.
Thomas Eggar is a UK national firm with a strong presence in the south. It has a total of 500 staff spread across its six offices in London, Gatwick, Newbury, Chichester, Worthing and Southampton.
