Patent litigator Garland Stephens has rejoined Weil Gotshal & Manges as a partner in the firm’s Houston office.
Stephens specialises in patent and trade secret cases in the technology sector. He joins from Fish & Richardson, where he was managing principal in the Houston office.
Stephens was previously a partner at Weil from 2002 to 2008.
