Apple has won the latest round of its global patent litigation battle.
The Californian company persuaded a court in Munich to grant it an injunction against products made by Motorola Mobility. Apple claimed that they infringed patent rights related to a slide-lock mechanism for smartphones.
The BBC has reported that Motorola plans to appeal the decision of the Munich I Regional Court.
