Fasken hires partner in London

Canadian law firm Fasken Martineau has hired partner Bill Molloy from Teacher Stern in London

Molloy, who specialises in copyright, trade mark and licensing work, will become a partner in Fasken's technology and IP group. He was formerly co-head of the technology and communications team at Teacher Stern.

Fasken Martineau has six offices in Canada in addition to those in London, Paris and Johannesburg, with 12 IP lawyers overseen by managing partner Gary Howes.
