Allen & Overy has added Steven Adkins as a patent litigation partner in its Washington, DC office.
Adkins specialises in Section 337 investigations involving patent infringement in international trade and unfair trade issues before the ITC and at US customs. He joins from Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, where he co-chaired the Section 337 ITC Practice.
