Pfizer blocks CTM for Viaguara

Pfizer has succeeded in preventing Polish company Viaguara from registering its name as a Community trade mark for energy drinks and alcohol
The EU's General Court today ruled that OHIM was right to refuse to register the mark after the application was opposed by Pfizer, which owns a CTM for Viagra, its blockbuster erectile dysfunction drug.
