Trade mark specialist Anna Carboni has joined boutique IP firm Redd from rival Powell Gilbert.
She became the firm’s fourth partner on January 1 and specialises in IP litigation.
Before joining Powell Gilbert in October 2010, Carboni worked as a barrister. She qualified as a solicitor advocate in 2000 and was formerly a partner of Linklaters.
She is also an appointed person, allowing her to hear trade mark disputes from the UK IP Office, and was recently appointed to the INTA Board.
