The patent offices of Iceland and China are the latest to enter Patent Prosecution Highway programmes with the USPTO.
The Paris Route and Patent Cooperation Treaty PPH’s with SIPO begin December 1 and will run through November 30 2012.
The standard PPH pilot with Iceland will also run December 1 through November 30 next year.
All of the pilots may be extended if the offices agree.
