IP and litigation partner Kate Harrison has rejoined Gilbert + Tobin’s Sydney office after spending the last four years working for the Australian government. 
Harrison held advisory positions with the defence minister and the cabinet secretary before serving as a senior adviser to Prime Minister Julia Gillard.
Experienced in contentious IP matters, Harrison has represented several clients in copyright and trade mark disputes.
