Oblon Spivak McClelland Maier & Neustadt has recruited patent reexamination specialist Greg Gardella to be a partner in its post grant patent practice team.
Gardella was previously the director of Irell & Manella's reexamination practice. He will be based in Oblon Spivak’s Alexandria, Virginia office.
