Justisiari Kusumah and his entire IP team have left Soemadipradja & Taher to set up a new firm in Jakarta – K&K Advocates.
K&K Advocates’ 18-strong IP team comprises four partners: Kusumah, Risti Wulansari, Maya Ghita Gunadi and Yulianto Nurmansyah. Kusumah was head of IP at Soemadipradja & Taher and the other three partners were senior associates at the firm.
They are looking to establish K&K Advocates as a specialist in IP enforcement and litigation.
The firm was officially established on September 1, Kusumah left S&T a month later on October 1.
