ACTA signed, by most countries

The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) was signed on Saturday in Japan by nearly all of its negotiating countries.

Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, Morocco, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States signed the Agreement.

The EU, Mexico and Switzerland did not, either because internal processes had not been completed or – in Mexico's case – because of domestic opposition to ACTA.
