Court of Justice set for busy few months in IP

After a month-long holiday, the Court of Justice of the EU has one big IP judgment scheduled in September and several others in the next few months
The Court begins operations again on September 2, with its first IP case being an opinion from the Advocate General on the Luksan copyright referral on September 6.
The big judgment comes later in the month, with the Court ruling on questions referred in Interflora v Marks & Spencer on September 22.
Also eagerly anticipated, but likely to come to judgment in October...
