David Foster, Barbara Murphy, James Altman and David Nickel have broken with Miller & Chevalier to launch Foster Murphy Altman & Nickel in Washington, DC.
All four partners have extensive experience in ITC proceedings.
“We think highly of Miller & Chevalier and the many friends we have worked with over the years, but found that we were facing ever increasing conflict issues that were keeping us out of too many cases,” Murphy said in a statement.
