Former K&L Gates partner Erin Hennessy joined Bracewell & Giuliani's IP group in Seattle.
Hennessy handles trade mark transactional matters, and specialises in the media and telecommunications industries. A former assistant general counsel and chief trade mark counsel for Time Warner, Hennessy's experience includes clearance, protection and enforcement, trade mark counselling, licensing and domain name and internet matters.
Hennessy served on INTA's board of directors, and is a member of the association's GTLD subcommittee as well as the American Bar Association's trade mark litigation committee.
