German firm wins .es domain

German company Payback has managed to claim the domain payback.es, in a Spanish-language decision
The respondent in the case, Antonio Alonso, made several mistakes in the proceedings, which made it easy for the German company to claim the arguably non-distinctive domain in a decision made on January 26, but published on February 9 by WIPO.
