Harmonisation priorities spelt out for TMs in Europe

Three IP associations have recommended five areas where trade mark office practices should be harmonised in Europe
The priorities are set out in a letter to the Max Planck Institute, which is conducting a study into the trade mark system in Europe, in a letter dated July 8.
It was sent by AIM, BusinessEurope and MARQUES and follows a users meeting held by the Institute on July 8 and 9.
