USPTO seeks comments on five-year plan

Managing Intellectual Property

Interested parties have until July 26 to comment on the USPTO’s Strategic Plan for fiscal years 2010 to 2015.

The draft plan has been posted online and sets out how the Office aims to strengthen its capacity, improve the quality of patents and trade marks issued and shorten the time it takes to get a patent.

Comments can be submitted by email until July 26 here.
